TSUKUSHI is a peaceful world in a daily life. You will be in a 500 tsubo (one tsubo is 3.3 square meters) garden with lots of trees.

You can experience if you just come to TSUKUSHI that Japanese traditional goodness which we are losing and missing everyday.

TSUKUSHI is an another world from your city or the noise and clamor of daily life.

TSUKUSHI is located near Okazaki where Ieyasu Tokugawa who is one of the most famous SHOGUNs (A top leader of SAMURAIs) was born. You can have extraordinary experiences in our huge Japanese garden with water and green and enjoy our special meals.

Shabu-shabu Kaiseki set menu (Shabu-shabu is a Japanese variant of hot pot. The dish is related to sukiyaki in style, where both use thinly sliced Miyazaki beef meat and vegetables, and served with dipping sauces.)

Why don't you learn Japanese traditional culture? We have a class of Tea-ceremony and Kaiseki ryori for you.

You can enjoy the basic but the full-scale of Tea ceremony and Kaiseki ryori. It is said that you will understand Chanoyu (rituals for serving and drinking Japanese tea) if you know Tea-ceremony.
